ilk vCloud Director Cell’ini kurduktan sonra HA için ikinci bir Cell daha kurmamız gerekmektedir. Bu sayısı dilerseniz arttırabilirsiniz. Bunun için vmware-vcloud-director-distribution-9.5.0-11038216.bin dosyasını My VMware’den download ediyoruz. Sonrasında Centos 7 sunucumuzun /tmp dizini altına bu dosyasyı atıyoruz.
Sonrasında dosya iznini aşağıdaki gibi ayarlıyoruz.
chmod u+x vmware-vcloud-director-distribution-9.5.0-11038216.bin
Kurulumu başlatıyoruz.
./vmware-vcloud-director-distribution-9.5.0-11038216.bin
Aşağıdaki gibi kurulum başlıyor.

You should now run the configuration script
(/opt/vmware/vcloud-director/bin/configure) to perform other required
post-installation configuration.
If you will be deploying a vCloud Director cluster you must mount the shared
transfer server storage prior to running the configuration script. If this
is a single server deployment no shared storage is necessary. ıf you are not ready to do this right now, you may run the script later
prior to starting the vmware-vcd service

Daha önce kurduğumuz Cell1 üzerindeki responses.properties dosyasını /opt/vmware/vcloud-director/data/transfer/ dizini altına kopyalıyoruz.
Sonrasında dosyanın izinlerini ayarlıyoruz.
chown vcloud:vcloud /opt/vmware/vcloud-director/data/transfer/responses.properties
chmod +x /opt/vmware/vcloud-director/data/transfer/responses.properties
Artık var olan cell’den aldığımız konfigrasyonları cell2 için uygulayıp kurulumu tamamlayabiliriz.
/opt/vmware/vcloud-director/bin/configure –r /opt/vmware/vclouddirector/data/transfer/responses.properties
Sonrasında cell2 birinciyle ortak DB ye bağlanıp tüm konfigrasyonları üzerine alacaktır.

Son olarak test ortamı olduğu için sunucu üzerindeki firewall servisini kapatıyoruz.
systemctl stop firewalld
systemctl disable firewalld
Tüm VCD Cell kurulumları tamamlandığına göre artık vCloud Director’ın ilk konfigrasyonu için herhangi bir cell adresine browser’dan erişimemiz gerekiyor.
